Juggalo Corey Leek assaults roommate who disses Insane Clown Posse — Whoop Whoop!

29-year-old self-proclaimed Juggalo Corey Leek is charged with the assault of roommate Dalton Owen, after he he says Owen made fun of his favorite band, Insane Clown Posse. Leek reportedly became so irate about the Boogie Woogie Wu affront that he did the chop chop slide to the victim, blacked out and assaulted him. The victim, who said the assault happened “in my room,” was holding a bloody rag to his face when officers arrived. Leek was transported to booking and charged with domestic assault, without any further Hokus Pokus.

Amadeus Pryor charged in assault of ex-fiancée at East Nashville bar

34-year-old Amadeus Pryor was jailed this weekend for an assault that occurred in late December. Police say Pryor was with his ex-fiancée, Kristy Ford, at Ladeside Lounge in East Nashville when they argued about him disrespecting her. She says as she was leaving, Pryor followed her outside, grabbed her arm, and walked her toward the parking lot. She reportedly ended up on the ground next to her vehicle with Pryor on top of her. She says he then strangled her until she could not breathe, and took her phone when she released her grip on it. Officers documented injuries on the victim, including redness consistent with being strangled.

Kim Frierson, armed with pepper spray and spit, comes to get her child

27-year-old Kim Frierson was booked this week on an outstanding warrant charging her with an assault from December 2019. She reportedly appeared at the home of Karla Newman uninvited, armed with pepper spray to forcefully take her son from the home. When Ms. Newman approached Defendant and asked her to leave the property, she was sprayed with pepper spray. Several children were also in the vicinity of the pepper spray. Defendant then told the victim’s daughter she was going to “beat her a**” and started fighting. Frierson then spat in the face of the victim’s daughter, whose boyfriend has a child with Frierson.

Joseph Pappas nearly stumbles into officer in downtown Nashville

27-year-old Joseph Pappas approached an offer in downtown Nashville while he was drunk on 02/18. The officer was standing on the sidewalk when Pappas walked up and almost stumbled into him. The Officer noticed bloodshot eyes and lack of balance and asked Pappas if he had a ride home. Pappas told the officer he lived close by in Germantown and that he was going to walk home. The officer tried to get Pappas to arrange a ride home but was too drunk to operate his phone. The officer observed the defendant attempting to walk home while stumbling side to side and walking into other people and decided to arrest him as he was a danger to himself and others.

Adrian Hennessee gave his mother “a little push” as she was kicking him out of the house

Ashley Jackson says she came home on Tuesday and informed her 20-year-old son, Adrian Hennessee, that he needed to help clean up the home. He refused to help his mom, so she began to gather his things to throw outside, telling the young adult it was time to go and leave the house. He then pushed her into the washer, which was witnessed by his twin sister. Hennessee told police he “gave her a little push,” to get her awy from his things.

Jake Catagnus charged in wild, bloody assault of bother, who has a dislocated shoulder

24-year-old Jake Catagnus was jailed Saturday after police responded to a South Nashville apartment where he lives with his brother, Brandon Catagnus. Officers say the apartment was in disarray, with blood on the walls. The two brothers were reportedly at Kung Fu Saloon earlier in the night, and one came home before the other, though both have differing accounts of who that was. They also had different account of how Brandon’s shoulder was dislocated out of the socket, with reasons varying from wrestling, to “a fight where he didn’t fight back”, to breaking down a door. Jake’s hand was blood covered, he was heavily intoxicated, and he was determined to be the primary aggressor in the assault of his brother.

Benjamin Eddie Rutland found asleep behind the wheel after ‘2 beers’ at East Nashville bar

31-year-old Benjamin Eddie Rutland haded officers cash from his wallet and told them it was his identification when they found him asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle on I-65 S early Tuesday morning. When first responders arrived, they noted he was asleep behind the wheel with the vehicle running and in drive. As Nashville fire woke him, they attempted to get him to place the vehicle in park, but he was too incoherent to understand or take action on the request. Rutland says he had “two beers” at an East Nashville bar prior to driving. He later blew a 0.105% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Darren Anders charged with DUI 3rd offense after late-night crash

27-year-old Darren Anders was charged with DUI, being the reason for a crash on 02/17/2023 at Thompson Ln and Briley Pkwy. This is Anders’s third time being arrested for DUI, with convictions in 2018 and 2019. When officers arrived on the scene, medics stated that they believed Anders was intoxicated. Officers observed him swaying and losing balance. Anders displayed pinhole pupils, which is an indication of drug use. Defendant agreed to a field sobriety test which he performed poorly on, and was taken into custody. Anders refused a blood sample, so a warrant was obtained for a blood sample to be taken at the hospital.

Brendan Fielder Pitts knocks out roommate in downtown Nashville fight

Police say 26-year-old Brendan Fielder Pitts punched his roommate, Alain De Villiers, square in the face at 4th & Demonbreun in downtown Nashville Sunday night. The two reportedly argued about how drunk Brendan was and decided to leave. As Alain called for a ride, his roommate punched him, knocking him unconsciously momentarily. As he continued, Brendan caught up with him and punched him again, throwing him to the ground. Brendan also stole the keys to the house and attempted to flee as police arrived.
