28-year-old Robert Harris was charged with domestic assault early Tuesday morning after his girlfriend disclosed to police that Robert had slammed her face into the dashboard of his vehicle during an argument and then strangled her while pushing her against the passenger seat. The victim, Ivy Shoults, who is also pregnant, refused all medical assistance and seemed only to suffer injuries to her lip, which was busted and bleeding. Officers became aware of the couple as their vehicle was parked in the grass near Donelson Pike and Murfreesboro Road and conducted a welfare check. 48-year-old Stephen Andrew Brandon was at a Clarksville Pike hotel with his lover, Anthony Patrick Finn, when an argument erupted over a wallet. The argument escalated until Stephen became so upset he threw the wallet at Patrick’s face, resulting in minor injuries and bleeding. Hunter Eavenson charged after slapping girlfriend at Tin Roof; chokehold at home

Jessica Baker says her boyfriend, 28-year-old Hunter L Eavenson, slapped her while they were at the Tin Roof in midtown Saturday. After they returned home for the night, the argument continued and she told Eavenson he needed to leave. Another physical altercation broke out, during which he reportedly tackled her to the ground and punched and kicked her in the ribs while she was on the ground. Eavenson’s brother-in-law pulled him off the victim, and she was transported to the hospital with injuries to her right arm, right shoulder, and rib pain. She says she got in one punch in self-defense. Eavenson told police he put her in a choke hold, but nothing else happened. He says she continued to attempt to grab the steering wheel from him and take control of the vehicle from the passenger seat. She then reportedly began to assault her boyfriend on his face, leaving fresh marks and cuts which were documented by officers. Officers determined Meaghan Cormack to be the primary aggressor and took her into custody, charging her with domestic assault.
