Colton Crawford drunkenly yells at officers, argues with family

27-year-old Colton Crawford was yelling at his family members in the late hours of November 11th in the middle of the intersection on Representative John Lewis Way. Crawford complied as officers asked him to exit the intersection, but he continued arguing with his family. Officers attempted to separate Crawford from the rest of the group, but he insisted on yelling at them. Officers chose to take Crawford into custody as he was visibly intoxicated and would potentially escalate the situation if he was allowed to continue arguing. Crawford was then charged with disorderly conduct.

Andy Rein jailed after being deemed too drunk for downtown Nashville

41-year-old Andrew Rein was jailed early Thursday morning after he was found yelling about nothing in particular while sprawled out on the middle lane of 4th Ave North near Commerce Street in downtown Nashville. He was visibly intoxicated and was unable to care for himself. He was generally confused and angered at the presence of police. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

A’Dara Pittman destroys neighbor’s security camera, ex-boyfriend’s car with hammer

32-year-old A’Dara Pittman called officers to her residence on Bell Road on November 4th. Pittman spoke with them as they arrived and advised them that she smashed the windows of the SUV that belonged to her ex-boyfriend, Carlos Atkins, with a hammer. Officers observed the smashed windows and the hammer, correlating to her statements, and were unable to contact Atkins. While outside the residence Pittman became irate when officers tried to clarify some statements made by her. Pittman then ran over to the vehicle and stated, “I smashed this window out, this window out, and smashed these mirrors”. Pittman later began arguing with her neighbor, officers were able to separate her and her neighbor. Officers had to calm Pittman down before she returned to her apartment for the night. Officers were then summoned back for a separate incident regarding Pittman knocking her neighbor’s surveillance camera off the apartment building. Pittman admitted to destroying the camera and throwing it toward the wood line behind the apartment complex. She was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and vandalism.

Randall Morgan assaults, threatens to shoot officer “there would be one less black person on the street”

37-year-old Randall Morgan was causing a disturbance at Rivergate Parkway in the early hours of Saturday Morning when he became highly aggressive and agitated. Employees attempted to get Morgan out of the building, and as they did, he grabbed the security officer by the throat until officers arrived on the scene. While in custody and transport, Morgan told officers that he was a Federal Marshall and said to the arresting officer that he would “shoot him when he got out of jail and that there would be one less black person on the street.” When arriving at the intake room, Morgan turned around and kicked the officer in the chest before being taken down. Morgan was taken into custody and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

Brantley Woods charged with disorderly conduct after threatening to shoot police officers

39-year-old Brantley Emelle Woods was disorderly in the parking lot of Advanced Financial on November 2nd. Officers were dispatched regarding a fight in progress and observed Woods yelling and threatening to kill people as they arrived. Woods was asked to calm down and told officers that he was going to cash his check, buy an AR-15, and shoot the officers at the scene. He continued to yell and refused to calm down, so he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Elias Martinez jailed for disorderly conduct after causing scene over “witches” that were “out to get him”

22-year-old Elias Martinez was disorderly in a market on October 30 as officers observed a small crowd watching Martinez from a distance. Martinez was speaking Spanish about witches who were “out to get him” while being very reactive with metal signs in each of his hands. Officers warned Martinez numerous times to put down the signs as they had a market employee translate for them and when he continued to refuse, they had to discharge their taser. Martinez was put into handcuffs and hobbles as he tried to kick the officers arresting him. Martinez was placed in custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

De’Eric Clark charged with disorderly conduct after punching off-duty police officer at Whiskey Row

29-year-old De’Eric Clark was charged with disorderly conduct after fighting with security guards at Whiskey Row this weekend. Security guards flagged officers down and stated that Clark was attempting to take bottles from the VIP area and informed him that he needed to leave. Clark continued to be resistive and swatted at the security guards’ arms while they escorted him out. When they were able to remove him from Whiskey Row successfully, he turned around and punched an off-duty police officer in the chest. Officers arrived and placed Clark into custody for disorderly conduct and were advised that the off-duty officer would prosecute for the assault.

April Lewis charged with disorderly conduct at Nashville International Airport

45-year-old April Lewis was jailed Friday morning at Nashville International Airport after TSA stopped her for improper identification. There was no verification for Ms. Lewis in all 50 states causing her to be denied access. This caused her to begin screaming at officers. Officers gave her a chance to calm down, but she continued being loud and started to walk away. The TSA checkpoint was heavily populated, and her behavior was stopping the flow of traffic; therefore, Ms. Lewis was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

John Perez films in women’s restroom at FGL House; bribes cop with $2,500

22-year-old John Perez was video recording over the stalls in the female’s bathroom at FGL House this weekend, according to security at the venue. Officers responded to FGL House regarding the public annoyance call. Perez was already being detained for filming in the women’s bathroom and being transported when he offered Officer Tucker $2500 for his freedom. Perez was charged with bribery of a public servant and disorderly conduct.

Casey Tuffo assaults police, threatens to kill them and their families after Vibes bar incident

23-year-old Casey Tuffo threatened to kill officers and their families after being placed in custody this weekend. Officers were dispatched to Vibes Bar & Lounge regarding a fight. The security of the bar detained Tuffo, who was believed to be the suspect in the fight. Officers arrived and observed Tuffo screaming that there was no probable cause for his arrest. Tuffo complained about his wrist hurting, and as officers attempted to fix the handcuffs, he pushed Officer Pfeiffer and began to run away. Officers told Tuffo to stop multiple times but had to draw Tasers to get him to comply. Tuffo was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, evading arrest, resisting, public intoxication, and assault of an officer.
