Scott Sanders charged with disorderly conduct after interfering with police investigation

23-year-old Scott Sanders interrupted officers as they investigated a separate incident at 2nd Ave. S on October 29th. Officers were dispatched for a call of service when Sanders began arguing with them and refused as they asked him to move away. Officers placed Sanders in custody due to interfering in an investigation and he attempted to walk up to officers again. Officers observed Sanders to be visibly intoxicated as he was continuously resistive while in custody. Sanders was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Drunken Ireland tourist Niall Brennan punches bouncer in downtown Nashville

24-year-old Niall Brennan returned to Honkytonk Central after being kicked out this weekend. Brennan was seen falling on his back at the entrance of Honkytonk Central by officers as they were patrolling. The security at the bar stood Brennan up and detained him as officers arrived. Officers observed Brennan to be visibly intoxicated as they were advised by security that he was kicked out of the club before returning, and when they were trying to get him to leave a second time, he punched a security guard in the chest. The security guard did not wish to prosecute, and Brennan was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Brandon Roberson jailed after disorderly assault of security officer in downtown Nashville

34-year-old Brandon Roberson was fighting with APS security directing traffic on 4th Avenue and Broadway in downtown Nashville early Sunday morning. Officers were flagged down and intervened. Security stated Roberson was in the street, refusing to move and yelling. When security asked him to move, he assaulted them. When officers attempted to arrest Roberson, he pulled away and tensed his body. He had to be restrained with leg hobbles to get him into the patrol vehicle safely.

Delandria Walton charged with disorderly conduct at multiple downtown businesses

38-year-old Delandria Walton was booked Sunday afternoon after officers received multiple reports of her trespassing at businesses near downtown Nashville. The first call was reported around 6:20 a.m. from 7-Eleven, stating that Ms. Walton was “putting items inside of her pockets and attempting to open customer’s car doors.” When officers arrived, they asked Ms. Walton to leave, and she complied. Officers received a call about two hours later stating that Ms. Walton was at The Dutch restaurant lying in the lobby, refusing to leave the property. Officers arrived and asked her to leave, and she again complied. Officers received yet another call about two hours after the last incident, stating that Ms. Walton was now at Kittenish, a clothing store on 11th Avenue, yelling and arguing with customers. When officers arrived on the scene, they placed Ms. Walton into custody due to the likelihood that she would continue to disturb other nearby businesses.

Tourist CassieShepard: too drunk and disorderly for downtown Nashville

25-year-old paramedic Cassandra Shepard was jailed Sunday morning after passing out at the doorway of a bar on Broadway. When she woke up, officers observed multiple signs of intoxication and attempted to get Cassandra onto a gurney so medics could assist her. She then became belligerent and started yelling, “I’m a f*/king paramedic! Leave me alone; get off me!” She refused to get onto the gurney or obey any commands given to keep her safe. Cassandra began flailing around and would not sit still, becoming a danger to herself and other patrons, and was placed into custody.

Arthur Jay Gann says he’s “rich and will sue the police” who arrested him in downtown Nashville

33-year-old Texas Tourist Arthur Jay Gann repeatedly told Metro Nashville Police he would sue the officer and the department because ‘I’m rich,” as they placed him in the back of a patrol car in downtown Nashville Friday evening. Gann had been detained by security at the Lucky Bastard Saloon after being disorderly inside the bar and threatening security staff and officers with violence. He was extremely intoxicated and was transported to booking, despite his wishes otherwise. 

Tourist Samuel Wilson too drunk and disorderly at Nashville Soccer game

34-year-old Samuel Wilson was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct on October 17th. Officers were working at a soccer game on Benton Ave. when they were called to Lot 7 regarding a disorderly person. Wilson was screaming at security personnel and arguing with them as officers arrived. Officers observed Wilson to be a general nuisance, showing visible signs of intoxication, and he was taken into custody.

UK Tourist Thomas Bockmann jailed in Nashville after bar fight

26-year-old English tourist Thomas Bockmann was arrested following an altercation at Nudie’s Honkey Tonk bar early in the morning on October 15th. After officers received the call for a fight in progress, they arrived at the scene and contacted the security at the Broadway bar. The security at Nudie’s stated that the defendant and his friend were attempting to enter the bar, but appeared too intoxicated and were denied entry. At this point, Bockmann and his friend began yelling at security before the defendant’s friend tried to push past them. Security stated that Bockmann then ran up to the altercation and struck one of the security officers in the face, initiating a fight. Due to the information provided by security and observed behavior, Bockmann was placed into custody and booked shortly after on the charge of disorderly conduct.
