Andrew Rainey charged with disorderly conduct after childish temper tantrum

18-year-old Andrew Rainey was jailed early Sunday morning after becoming aggressive with police when he was told to leave someone’s property on Hampton Court. Lee’a Garnett told Rainey that he could only come back to her house to grab all of his belongings at once and wasn’t to return. He told Lee’a that he had a truck to get all of his things, but when he got there, he was on foot and ended up throwing things into the yard and cursing her out. Lee’a said this behavior went on for hours. When police arrived, they told Rainey to grab his things and leave the property, and that’s when he became aggressive and slammed a box on the ground in Infront of onlookers. He was taken to booking.

Ryan Price jailed after becoming drunk and disorderly and Play Dance Bar in Nashville

23-year-old Ryan Price was handcuffed by security at Play Dance Bar on Church Street in Nashville after he jumped over a brick wall outside the venue and became aggressive toward them. He had just been removed from the bar due to his level of intoxication and behavior. Metro Nashville Police arrived and offered him an ambulance, which he refused. He stated he would just walk home, which officers wouldn’t allow. His uncle attempted to assist him with a ride home, but he became even more belligerent. Price was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Elocin Nuleaf says DCS can have her son if he doesn’t want to walk with her on the interstate

35-year-old Elocin Nuleaf was jailed on March 19th after police saw her walking on the interstate with her young children and advised her that it was illegal. It was below freezing, so police transported Nuleaf and her children to a Mcdonald’s, where they waited with her while she waited on a friend to pick them up. When her ride arrived, officers waited for the car to pull off due to Nuleaf being uncooperative during the incident on the interstate. Nuleaf gets out of the car with her children and starts yelling at her friend, saying she doesn’t want a ride anymore. Her 8-year-old son started crying because he didn’t want to walk anymore.

Nuleaf is holding her one-month-old baby in the middle of the parking lot, obstructing traffic and yelling at officers. Nuleaf starts walking towards the road, leaving her 8-year-old in the parking lot crying. She told the officers that if her son didn’t want to come, she wouldn’t make him, and DCS could have him. Officers told Nuleaf that she was not free to leave and that she needed to hand over her one-month-old because she was going to jail. After passing off the child, she resisted arrest, and there was a brief struggle to get her into the cuffs. Officers stayed on the scene until DCS arrived.

Maria Hensley remains jailed for making “finger gun” gestures on Broadway in downtown Nashville

41-year-old Maria Hensley was at the front door of Rippy’s Honky Tonk on Broadway in downtown Nashville making “finger gun” gestures to staff and patrons. The manager of Rippy’s flagged down nearby officers, who placed her into custody, stating “she was engaging in an act that served no legitimate purpose and was causing many people to feel uncomfortable.” She was transported to booking and charged with disorderly conduct. She has remained jailed for three days, unable to post a $50 bond.

DUI: Tourists Salvador Gonzalez & Julissa Carrillo drive on closed Broadway downtown

33-year-old Salvador Gonzalez & 38-year-old Julissa Carrillo were jailed Saturday evening after driving onto a closed road on Broadway between 4th and 5th Avenue. The road was closed and marked with traffic cones, police in travel lanes, and barriers at intersections. Gonzalez, the driver, was flagged down and informed the road was closed. He stopped for a short period of time and then quickly sped off, causing his tires to screech, stopping again a short distance later. When police spoke with Gonzalez, they immediately noticed red, watery eyes and smelled alcohol coming from him. When the vehicle was searched, a small baggie and a small jar of marijuana were found weighing 3.6 grams. Carrillo was the passenger; once she got out of the vehicle, she was very disruptive while police tried to interview Gonalez. Carrillo was shouting and trying to walk toward him. She was given multiple warnings to stop and stay back but continued shouting and trying to disrupt the interview. She was booked for disorderly conduct.

Cody Manning charged after drunken argument at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville

27-year-old Cody Manning was having a drunken argument with his wife at Kid Rock’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Sunday morning when it escalated to a level that was disturbing other citizens. Officers checked on Manning and found him to be slurring his speech and barely able to stand. H# proceeded to also argue with officers who were checking on his welfare. He refused to de-escalate the situation and was taken into custody.

Christopher Sanchez too drunk for Redneck Riviera in downtown Nashville

46-year-old Christopher Sanchez was removed from the Redneck Riviera just before 1 a.m. Saturday due to his disorderly and disruptive behavior. As security was attempting to escort him outside, he began to swing at the bouncers and fought with them. Nearby Metro Nashville Police officers observed the incident and took Sanchez into custody. Security declined to prosecute for the assault, but Sanchez was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
