Kirk Neal charged after putting a cigarette out on his boyfriend’s head during breakup assault

26-year-old Kirk Neal is charged with domestic assault after his boyfriend, Lance Perlas, says Neal put a cigarette out on his head when he told him he wanted to end their relationship. He says Neal became extremely upset and physically aggressive and spit in his face and punched him. Neal then reportedly knocked him to the ground and climbed on top of him, and put out a lit cigarette on the back of the victim’s head while continuing to punch him. The victim’s brother, Charles Fine, was able to pull Neal off him, and his mother, Betty Fine, confirmed the events to the police. Officers documented injuries to the victim’s face, head, and knees.

22-year-old Jordan Evans was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this weekend, charged with the aggravated rape of a 2-year-old girl. Jordan Mac Hill charged with DUI after crash — blows 0.165% BAC

Metro Nashville Police responded to a traffic accident on August 14th with damage but no injuries. While speaking to one of the drivers, 22-year-old Jordan Mac Hill, officers observed him to have slurred speech and unsteady when standing up. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for driving under the influence. He would later blow a 0.165% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Downtown Bouncer Brandon Chapman fell asleep in hotel kitchen — assaults security who woke him

Downtown Nashville bouncer 30-year-old Brandon Chapman, or as he describes himself, a “professional adult chaperone,” was inexplicably found sleeping it off in the kitchen of the Omni Hotel at 3:14 a.m. on Friday, June 29th. Security attempted to wake him up and when he eventually realized where he was at told them he would leave when he was ready. He reportedly then became combative and lunged at the victim, Andrew Delobel, several times and grabbed his jacked, throwing him to the ground. The victim suffered minor injuries from the assault. Chapman was issued a citation and failed to self-book on the assault charge. A bench warrant was then issued for this arrest, and he was taken into custody early Tuesday morning.

Downtown employee Nicholas Shandik attempts vending machine heist from Kid Rock’s Bar

Metro Nashville Police say 30-year-old Nicholas Shandik, a well-known barback in the local service industry, along with an accomplice, attempted to steal a vending machine from Kid Rock’s bar at 1 a.m. on a Tuesday morning in May. Bar security confronted Shandick and his accomplice as they were on the elevator with the vending machine. The pair claimed the vending machine was being “taken for repairs,” which turned out not to be true. When they realized they were caught, they attempted to ambush two members of the security staff, charging up and attempting to push past them in an attempt to escape. As security detained them, Shandik struck one of the bouncers with an elbow strike and grabbed onto the other bouncer’s head. One of the bouncers was an off-duty officer. Citations were initially issued; however, Shandik failed to self-book and was taken into custody this week on all of the charges.

Tourist Sherri Curtis refuses to leave bathroom of Redneck Riviera in downtown Nashville

Late Friday night, 55-year-old Sherri Lynn Curtis was in the women’s restroom of the Redneck Riviera Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville when management asked her to leave the venue due to her behavior. She refused to leave the restroom or the venue, so police were called to remove her from the premises. As officers arrived and escorted her out, she began to curse and cause disputes with other patrons.

34-year-old Robert Hernandez was passed out in a parking lot next to Jason Aldean’s Bar in downtown Nashville Saturday when officers noticed him and attempted to get him medical assistance. Once he was awake and aware, Hernandez refused all medical assistance. Due to his continued state of extreme intoxication, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Tyler Workman charged after rowdy night at Rippy’s Honky Tonk in downtown Nashville

25-year-old Tyler Workman was reportedly aggressive toward staff at Rippy’s Honky Tonk in downtown Nashville Saturday night and eventually assaulted a staff member. Bouncers then restrained and detained Workman and flagged down Metro Nashville Police. Officers attempted to place Workman in handcuffs, and he pulled his body away and resisted arrest. He was eventually taken into custody and transported to booking.

Shaley Morales kicked out of Nudie’s Honky Tonk but refused to leave

Bouncers at Nudie’s Honky Tonk on Broadway in downtown Nashville flagged down Metro Nashville Police officers to advise they had a female detained for trespassing after they located her in the alley behind the bar. Earlier in the evening, the woman, identified as 21-year-old Shaley Morales, was on the rooftop and was asked to leave due to her extreme level of intoxication. She was later found in the alleyway and continued to refuse directives to leave the property, and was jailed for criminal trespass.
