Nicholas Harding tells girlfriend; “I gave you Herpes! I’ve had it for two years now!”

31-year-old Nicholas Harding violated an order of protection that his at-the-time girlfriend, Savannah Truckenmiller Baker, placed against him on July 26th. On August 4th, Baker called 911 to her Frost Street residence. She told police that on July 27th, her roommate, Grant Medeiros, got a phone call from Harding, demanding that he convince her to drop the order of protection. Baker recorded this and showed it to officers. Then, Baker added that on August 2nd, Harding texted Medeiros, informing him that he had called the police so he could gather his belongings from the residence. Then, Harding said that 911 had higher priority calls and demanded Medeiros make Baker leave so he could grab his things. Medeiros told officers he did not respond to the message and that Harding texted him again later that day, stating he noticed Medeiros had gotten his truck back. Medeiros added that Harding sent the message about his truck as he and Baker left their residence in his pickup truck. Harding then sent a photo showing the inside of a gazebo at their neighborhood’s entrance after Medeiros and Baker passed by the gazebo in his truck. Officers later discovered Harding did not call them for service and confirmed an active protection order against him. A warrant was then issued for Harding’s arrest on August 7th.

Then, on August 8th, Baker called officers back to her Frost Street residence. She told them that on July 20th, Harding intimidated her and caused her to fear for her life. She then showed them a video of the incident. During the footage, officers can hear Baker saying, “Leave me alone,” to Harding, to which he replied, “I am not going to leave this house until you leave.” After this, Harding balled up his fists and told Baker, “You would not live.” Officers then obtained another warrant for Harding’s arrest.

Then, on August 16th, Baker showed officers a video from July 20th, showing Harding stating, “I gave you Herpes! I’ve had it for two years now!” An additional warrant was then obtained for Harding’s arrest. Harding was later taken into custody for two counts of an order of protection violation, domestic assault, and exposing another with STDs on August 19th.
