Jason Revels tries to open his “friend’s” apartment door, caught with marijuana pipe

32-year-old Jason Revels tried to enter his “friend’s” Thomas Jefferson Circle apartment in the early hours of June 22nd. Officers were called to the location, where they found Revels trying to enter the locked unit. When they asked Revels why he was there, he told them a friend lived there and that he was supposed to be staying the night. However, when officers gave Revels a chance to call “his friend,” no one answered. Officers tried knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell, but no one came to the door. Due to Revels’ level of intoxication and being an unreasonable annoyance to the public, officers took him into custody. During a subsequent search, officers found a small glass marijuana pipe in his front left pocket. Revels was then transported to booking and charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
