33-year-old Justin Watkins had an incident with Daniel Oyvetsky, a neighbor, at their apartment complex on June 22nd. Oyvetsky filed a police report stating that Watkins intentionally pushed over his motorcycle. Then, he said he reviewed the video footage and confirmed it was Watkins. Oyvetsky advised the police that his motorcycle would cost $3,200 to repair. A warrant was issued for Watkins’ arrest on August 5th. Watkins was later taken into custody for vandalism on August 29th.
