Mark Hutchins steals roommate’s Ford F-150 while he’s away

22-year-old Mark Hutchins was taken into custody for theft on April 26th. On January 1st, Dakota Wiseman, one of Hutchins’s roommates, reported that he met Hutchins at a motorcycle club and invited him to stay with them to help with rent. Wiseman said he left the residence in December 2023 and returned on March 5th, 2024. When Wiseman returned, he discovered that Hutchins had taken the keys to his 2017 gray Ford F-150 truck and 2016 gray Aprilia Tuono Motorcycle. Wiseman said he noticed his truck parked outside his garage with three broken windows. Hutchins had tried to obtain a key fob from the office, but they refused. Wiseman’s other roommate said they observed Hutchins take the keys and drive both vehicles. Hutchins admitted to taking and using Wiseman’s vehicles without his permission. The truck and motorcycle are valued at $25,000. Hutchins was detained for the incident.

Valet charged in theft of Escalade from Element Hotel — Jamecyn Bowen

Police say 19-year-old Jamecyn Bowen was working as a valet at the Element Hotel in Nashville on February 17 when he parked the 2022 Cadillac Escalade of a guest at 8:05 p.m. Just over two hours later, an unknown person walked directly to the Escalade and drove it to the gate of the garage, where Bowen used his key card to swipe at the gate allowing the Escalade to exit. Bowen never returned to work after that night, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was booked on that warrant this week, which charged him with facilitation of theft of property. The vehicle was valued at $80,000.
