Michael Parker refuses to leave CITGO, tells police they owe him $4 for chicken he purchased

39-year-old Michael Christopher Parker caused a disturbance and refused to leave the Dickerson Pike CITGO early June 29th. When officers arrived, they spoke with the location’s employees. CITGO Employees stated that Parker was attempting to shoplift and would not leave after being asked to. Then, officers talked to Parker, who told them he would not leave because they owed him $4 for some chicken he purchased. Officers also gave Parker multiple chances to exit the store, but he refused. Officers detained Parker for the occurrence. Parker was taken into custody for criminal trespass.
