Michael Rummeley flees police after repeatedly starting fights in Downtown Nashville

21-year-old Michael Anthony Rummeley and his associates caused a disturbance near Barstool Nashville on August 11th. Multiple individuals noticed this and flagged officers down. When the police arrived, Rummeley and his friends had left already. Then, witnesses advised officers that Rummeley and his group were being aggressive, trying to start fights with them. Shortly after this, the police were flagged down by other officers on 3rd Avenue South regarding Rummeley and his friends engaging in fighting behavior. When officers approached the group, they started to walk away from them again. Officers eventually made contact with the group and placed two of them in custody for disorderly conduct. When Rummeley was notified that he was under arrest, he pulled away from the police. Rummeley then started running towards Demonbreun Street, leading officers in a foot pursuit. Officers eventually caught up to Rummeley near 2nd Avenue South and Molloy Street, where they detained him. Rummeley was then taken into custody for resisting arrest, evading arrest, and disorderly conduct.
