Tiawanna Brown charged with theft of U-Haul she’s kept since June without returning

25-year-old Tiawanna L Brown is jailed on a $10,000 bond after police say she stole a U-Haul truck. Officer initially noticed the U-Haul without a license plate in Germantown and conducted a traffic stop. Inside the vehicle was a passenger, Tiawanna, who clearly stated the U-Haul was hers, and the other person was only driving for her because she didn’t have a license. The driver was arrested on a separate and unrelated outstanding warrant. Tiawanna presented a rental agreement from early June, which was consistent with the stolen vehicle report.

Mending Hearts co-founder Charlotte Frierson arrested on a plethora of drug charges with stolen gun

Police conducted a welfare check on a woman who appeared to be unconscious inside a parked, but running, vehicle at a Conference Drive hotel early Monday morning. Inside was 43-year-old Charlotte Ann Frierson with a silver canister between her legs with obvious drugs and paraphernalia within view. As one officer pushed the front of the car to rock it, another knocked on her window, eventually waking her up. A loaded .38 revolver, which was stolen, fell from her pocket as she exited the vehicle, and officers conducted a search. Inside the vehicle, they located a good scale with white residue, five baggies of crack cocaine (82g), 2 baggies of meth (12g), marijuana (12g), Fentanyl (31g), 21 Oxycodone pills, 100 plastic baggies, three crack pipes, a baby bottle converted to a bong, baking soda packaged as a drug (18g), and $885 in cash. Though mostly erased from current versions of its website, a Tennessean article archives that Charlotte ‘Char’ Grant Frierson was a co-founder of the Mending Hearts recovery program in Nashville, with her partner Trina Frierson.

Lisa Nicole Miethe charged with DUI while sitting in driver’s seat of a running car after 3 margaritas

50-year-old Lisa Nicole Miethe was parked outside of Taqueria del Sol on 12th Ave. South late Thursday night when officers responded to a welfare check at the location. Responding officers found Miethe in the driver’s seat of a 2013 Mazda with the vehicle running. She reeked of alcohol and admitted to having 3 margaritas prior to getting in the vehicle. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. She would later blow a 0.082% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Kierra Jemison stalks boyfriend, throws knives, tries to run over him with car, threatens to have him killed

24-year-old Kierra Symone Jemison was jailed Monday on multiple charges, including felony stalking and felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Court records show that just after lunch on Monday, Jeremiah Brown called 911 from an Arby’s on Gallatin Pike to report his ex-girlfriend, Keirra Jamison, threw a knife at him as he was walking along Gallatin Pike near Madison Square. He says she’s stalked him for a while and has stalking warrants outstanding from July. After she found him walking, she reportedly exited her vehicle and accused him of wanting to sleep with other women. He avoided her attempt to stab him, but she returned to her car and then threw a large cooper Chef’s knife at him, striking him in the elbow, requiring stitches. He also had injuries to his neck, which appeared to be from her fingernails when she was grabbing at him.

She was also served with a warrant from July charging her with stalking after she followed Jeremiah and his new girlfriend and ‘rolled up behind them’ as they parked at a residence. She attempted to run over him with her car during that incident, which was captured on a store’s security camera. An hour later, she texted him she was sending her people over to “sweep” his apartment, which he took as an immediate threat to his safety.

Stephen Laird too wild for the Wildhorse

Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative late Friday night responded to the Wildhorse Saloon area of 2nd Ave, where they found 34-year-old Stephen Laird causing a disturbance. He was visibly intoxicated and slurring his words while reeking of alcohol. Laird was screaming obscenities at everyone in the area and was eventually taken into custody and transported to booking.

Tristen Little charged in theft of grandmother’s vehicle after she allowed him to stay with her

24-year-old Tristen Nathaniel Little is now jailed on an outstanding warrant from September of 2021, charging him with felony auto theft. The warrant states his grandmother, Teresa Hunter, allowed him to stay with her for a few days, and while she was sleeping, he took the keys to her car and her iPhone. A few days after the theft, he contacted his grandmother to say the vehicle had now been impounded by the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office.
