21-year-old Jordan Jackson was told he had to leave the Nashville Underground early Sunday morning for being aggressive and hostile due to his level of intoxication. Security Supervisor Steven Derner and Officer Charles Powell confronted Jackson when he “shoulder checked” Powell. As he attempted to restrain Jackson a scuffle ensued and Jackson Powell into a large TV panel, destroying it. The damage is estimated to be between $3-5,000.

Tequlia Cowboy manager chases Bryce O’Conner for several blocks after vandalism
Tequila Cowboy Manager Joshua Lynch says he followed 22-year-old Bryce O’Connor all the way to the Shelby Street pedestrian Bridge and “detained” him after he vandalized a door at the downtown Nashville bar. Video from the incident shows O’Conner kicking an employee entrance door inside the business. The damage was estimated at $2,000 and included replacing the electronic locking system.
Another tourist too drunk for Nashville — Chace Gast arrested
Police found 21-year-old Chace Gast, without a shirt or shoes, attempting to get into an apartment on Lea Ave near downtown Nashville. He seemed extremely intoxicated, didn’t have a key, and wasn’t entirely which apartment he was actually staying at. The HOA advised he was not staying at this location to their knowledge, and for his own safety he was charged with public intoxication and transported to booking.
Nyak Koang charged with disorderly conduct after shooting outside 3000 Bar
22-year-old Nyak Koang is charged with taking a swing at another female during an argument outside the 300 Bar while police were investigating a shooting that had just occurred. Police attempted to disperse this group of women who were engaged in a loud and disruptive argument, however, they refused to leave the scene that police were attempting to investigate. Koang was the primary instigator and was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
Kathleen Nannie blows 0.225% BAC after fleeing scene of crash in downtown Nashville
Police found 20-year-old Kathleen Nannie outside of her vehicle at 1301 Division Street, sitting with security staff after she crashed into another vehicle near 17th and Broadway and fled. She told police she had two drinks with vodka prior to driving. She refused to answer any questions without a lawyer being present but did state she would not pass a breath test and then continued to state “I shouldn’t have been drinking and driving”, according to police. She eventually took a breathalyzer and blew a 0.225% BAC, almost triple the legal limit.
Brent Robinson kicked out of Luke Bryan’s after standing on bar, kicking liquor bottles
22-year-old Brent Robinson was kicked out of Luke Bryan’s bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville after he climbed onto the bar, where he stood and began kicking bottles of liquor. Once outside, he continued to be belligerent and was an annoyance to the public. Police attempted to locate friends to care for him, but were unsuccessful.
DUI: Alex Hernandez jumps out of his own driver’s seat, chases vehicle in downtown Nashville
32-year-old Alex Hernandez was attempting to drive his silver van out of the parking garage near 3rd Ave & Broadway in downtown Nashville when he suddenly stepped out of the driver’s side door while the van continued to roll onto 3rd Avenue with passengers inside. He chased the van to get it to stop, and hopped back into the driver’s seat, catching the eye of an officer who was stuck in traffic while responding to another nearby call. Hernandez admitted to having three beers prior to driving and “respectfully declined” to participate in field sobriety tests. All the passengers had also been drinking, so the officer drove the defendant’s vehicle back into the parking garage so it would be safely parked and not be towed. Hernandez was charged with DUI.
Aaron Madura charged with assault of his father in downtown Nashville
Motorcycle officer Hazzard observed 22-year-old Aaron Madura push his father on the sidewalk near 6th & Demonbreun in downtown Nashville. He turned his motorcycle around and followed behind the two, at which point he also observed Aaron slap his father, Frank Madura, in the back of the neck. As Hazzard was placing Madura into custody for domestic assault he says he “bucked up” on him to resist arrest after he was already in cuffs.
VIDEO: Jason Terry charged with slashing tires of 8 vehicles before citizens beat him with baseball bats
Several business owners say 45-year-old Jason Terry slashed the tires of at least eight vehicles parked at a shopping center on Charlotte Pike. In a video obtained by Scoop: Nashville, the business owners are seen chasing him down with baseball bats and assaulting him in a large group. Joshua Schangel says he had just pulled into the parking lot and was still in his vehicle when Terry slashed his tire. Casee Adams, who works at a chiropractic business in the strip mall was coming out for lunch and also observed him slashing tires. Both witnesses positively identified him in a photo lineup. While being chased by a group of owners carrying baseball bats, Terry cut one of them, Cyong Nguyen, with the same knife he had used to slash the tires.
Dajon Treadaway charged with punching 5-year-old nephew’s teeth out, fracturing his jaw
Police say 30-year-old Dajon Treadaway was upset that his 5-year-old nephew was smashing cookies in a drawer inside his Hermitage Apartment. He became so upset he punched the child in the face twice with his fist, causing him to lose three teeth and his jaw to be fractured. A commissioner set his bond at $100,000.
