You can’t bring your crystal meth into the hospital, Christopher Daniels.

Metro Nashville Police responded to Skyline Hospital late Wednesday night to find 23-year-old Christopher Daniels in possession of his jacket, which had been used to bring nearly a half-pound (220 grams) of methamphetamine into the hospital. Police reviewed security footage which showed his girlfriend go outside and approach a blue Nissan Altima and grab his black jacket to bring back inside. As she entered the emergency department, security searched her and found the methamphetamine. Officers spoke with Daniels, who was in possession of the jacket, and he admitted everything found in the jacket belonged to him.

Tourist John Gach assaults rooftop bar server by licking her without consent

57-year-old John Gach, who was visiting Nashville from Connecticut, is charged with assault after he suddenly and without consent licked the hand of his server at the L.A. Jackson bar on the rooftop of the Thompson Hotel downtown. The victim, Crystal, told police she had come to the table where he was holding out his hand, and when she held out her hand while attempting to determine what he needed, he suddenly licked her. Gach says he doesn’t recall what happened; however, his wife stated that he likes to “joke around” and asked if they could apologize to the victim. Security had escorted him from the bar to his hotel room, which is where police charged him with assault.

DUI: Brittnye Denen charged after nearly colliding with MNPD patrol vehicle on I-65

Police say 35-year-old Brittnye Denen was driving on I-65 late Wednesday night when she swerved into a lane and almost collided with a marked MNPD patrol vehicle. The officer followed her for approximately one mile, and she continued to swerve and drive erratically. During a traffic stop, Denen admitted to drinking “a beer” prior to driving and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Inside the vehicle, officers located a Yeti tumbler filled with beer in the center cup holder.

Juvenile Detention employee Marquaveon Gray faces child sex charges from a boy he met at the facility

24-year-old Marquaveon Darell Gray is charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor and displaying sex acts to a minor — a 16-year-old male who he met while working at the Rutherford County Juvenile Detention Center, where the victim was in the custody of the center. Officers recovered videos of Gray propositioning the victim, and displaying his own genitals to the victim during a Facetime call, to which the victim replied, “you got a shrimp!” (details may be graphic in story…)

Marcus Dillard jailed after driving over girlfriend with his Buick Encore

A neighbor reported to police that she observed 27-year-old Marcus Dillard strike his girlfriend, Toni Petties, in the face during an altercation and then drive over her with his vehicle as he fled the Madison Flats on October 10th. Police arrived as the victim was being transported to the hospital, so they followed her to Skyline to continue the interview. Petties explained she and Dillard were pushing and shoving each other as they arrived at the apartment complex, and things escalated as he threw her belonging out of the car. There was more pushing and shoving, and then as she was outside of the vehicle, he used the vehicle to run over her body. Officers documented bruising to her abdomen and scratches on her neck.

Silvia Miramontes charged after using Sharpie & scissors to destroy husband’s clothing

52-year-old Silvia Miramontes is charged with vandalism after cutting and using a shape to destroy $300 worth of her husband’s clothing. Julio Hernandez told police the couple had an argument earlier, and after he was at work for the day, she cut and marked his clothes with a sharpie marker. Their 9-year-old daughter confirmed to police that her mother damaged her father’s clothes.

DUI: Michael Lelli found asleep behind the wheel on I-40

Metro Nashville Police responded to a vehicle parked on the side of I-40 in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Behind the wheel, officers observed 26-year-old Michael Lelli sleeping for a considerable amount of time before being able to wake him. Once awake, he reportedly stumped on his feet and reeked of alcohol, and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Lelli admitted to consuming “one beer and two mixed drinks” prior to driving. He was charged with DUI 2nd and driving on a suspended license. He has a prior DUI conviction from 2017, according to police.

Jennifer Albrecht forces her way into neighbor’s apartment & assaults her

51-year-old Jennifer Albrecht is charged with felony aggravated burglary after police say she knocked on her downstairs neighbor’s door, forced her way inside, and assaulted the victim, Tyronda Jones. The victim was able to fight back, causing her to retreat to her own apartment. Her glasses were found inside the victim’s apartment, as Jones stated she had “knocked them off her head.”

Elder Eli Milla-Rodriguez admits to reselling marijuana & edibles during traffic stop

Police conducted a traffic stop on 18-year-old Elder Eli Milla-Rodriguez just after noon on Monday when he failed to stop fully at an Antioch stop sign. More interestingly to the officer watching was that he stopped at a driveway just before the stop sign, where a female was standing at the end of the driveway, to whom he sold marijuana through the passenger side window. As the traffic stop was conducted, the officer reportedly smelled marijuana, and Elder advised he had a firearm in the vehicle when told a search would be conducted. Officers found 30.4 grams of marijuana, a Glock 22 with a drum-style magazine. Elder told police he routinely buys marijuana and edibles by the ounce and resells them, and carries the firearm for protection.

Germel Caballes too drunk for downtown Nashville during son’s bachelor party

48-year-old Germel Caballes was lying on the sidewalk outside Rippy’s Honky in the early hours of Saturday morning when police encountered him and checked on his welfare due to his extreme level of intoxication. He refused medical assistance and then became verbally and physically hostile with officers and his son, who was with him as he was celebrating a bachelor weekend. Due to his inability to care for himself, he was charged with public intoxication.
