Brittany Cline charged with DUI in Belle Meade — White Claws & Modello Tallboy open in vehicle

30-year-old Brittany Nicole Cline was stopped by Belle Meade Police just after 1 a.m. Friday due to an expired tag on her vehicle. As Officer Haley Doty spoke with Cline during the traffic stop, she could smell alcohol coming from Cline’s breath and noticed a Modelo tallboy in the center cup holder and 4 empty White Claw cans along with a variety pack of unopened cans. Cline performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was unable to provide a proper sample for a breathalyzer, despite three attempts. She was charged with DUI and transported to booking.

Duo charged with guns & drugs — Nicole Madden & Edwin Santiago

Nashville detectives on Thursday executed a narcotics-related search warrant at the residence of Nicole Madden (of Renee’s Cakes), 29, at 6625 Charlotte Pike, which resulted in the seizure of 58 marijuana plants, 42 grams of cocaine, three rifles, four handguns, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, and $4,050 cash.

Madden is charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to sell cocaine, and gun possession during the commission of a felony. She is jailed on a $55,000 bond. Detectives had been working to locate convicted felon (robbery) Edwin Santiago Jr., 42, when they saw him leaving Madden’s residence. Santiago was arrested on an outstanding federal gun charge stemming from his September 2021 arrest by MNPD detectives on a firearms charge.

Regan Brea Guffey charged with shoplifting from Dillard’s at Rivergate Mall

While currently going through hearings and motions on an open case for felony indictments charging her with theft, identify theft, and credit card fraud, police say 25-year-old Regan Guffey found time in June to shoplift from Dillard’s in Rivergate. She was booked on a new outstanding citation this week which details her entering a dressing room at the mall store with multiple items from the sales floor and concealing the items on her person and attempting to exit the building. During a search, $432.43 in merchandise was recovered.

“I will break the door down… I will go to jail over this!”… and he did — Realtor Jaleel Love Boyce arrested

27-year-old Jaleel Love Boyce showed up on the front porch of the mother of his child, Emilia Baird. He was pacing back and forth, demanding to be let inside. Prior to his arrival, he texted her that he was coming over, and she replied ‘no’ multiple times. Despite the denial, he arrived, paced, and banged on the door while demanding to be let inside. Video footage of the incident shows him shoulder-checking the door, stating, “I will break the door down, I will get in at all costs, I will go to jail over this!” Baird states she was in fear for her safety and the safety of her child. Officers arrived and took him into custody, charging him with domestic assault/fear of bodily injury.

Ron Rockhill charged with breaking into neighbor’s bedroom while she slept, stealing $60

Jimena Espindola was asleep in her home at 3:30 a.m. on June 22nd when she was awakened by a light in her room. She says she observed a man she recognized as her neighbor, 27-year-old Ron Rockhill, as the intruder. Fearing for her safety, she pretended to be asleep, and he soon fled the scene. She contacted police and reported the incident and that he had taken $60 in cash from her purse. She positively identified him from a photo lineup, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Rockhill was jailed on that warrant Tuesday, charging him with felony aggravated burglary.

MNPD buys $20 of marijuana from citizen who eats their buy money — Fredrick Burns

Metro Nashville Police say they used an undercover detective at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to approach 35-year-old Fredrick Antwain Burns in downtown Nashville to attempt to buy $20 worth of marijuana. Burns walked a block away to his vehicle and drove it back to the undercover detective to serve him. In exchange for the $20 bill, he handed the detective a small plastic bag with 1 gram of suspected marijuana inside. As he pulled off, a unit pulled him over to arrest him, and detectives believe that Burns ate the $20 of buy money as they were unable to locate it elsewhere.

Julia Krogh pulls gun on her boyfriend & assaults him when she discovers he’s cheating on her

Brian Reed told Metro Nashville Police that his girlfriend, 20-year-old Julia Krogh, sent him a text message to come home and move out when she found out he was cheating on her. He arrived at the Antioch residence and found her armed with his gun. An altercation ensued, the two wrestled, and he eventually took control of the gun, but not before she punched him in the face and shattered the screen of his phone. During questioning, Krogh told police she “got violent” and admitted to punching him and throwing his phone because she knew he was recording.

Mitchell Webb charged with DUI after crashing into traffic cones when leaving Broadway

Just after 2 a.m. Wednesday, Metro Nashville Police officers responded to Rosa L. Parks Blvd & Church St where a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Mitchell Webb was reportedly crashing into traffic cones. Officers arrived to find Webb out of his vehicle and with the construction crew. He stated he was coming from Broadway. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests that he completed, as they were stopped due to his level of intoxication. He only admitted to drinking “coke”, and would not answer any questions about his alcohol intake, and refused all other tests. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

Seth Pedigo carves an ‘X’ into slimy Realtor Stephen Delahoussaye’s Tesla to ‘mark his spot’ – we’re not even mad at him

33-year-old Seth Pedigo is charged with felony vandalism after police say he used a rock to clearly etch an “X” into the door of a 2021 white Tesla Model 3. The car is owned by one of Nashville’s worst realtors, Stephen Delahoussaye of House Haven Realty. He says he confronted the man and asked him why he vandalized his car, and Pedigo reportedly replied, “I was trying to mark where I was”… as in ‘x’ marks the spot. Delahoussaye provided a video of the crime to police, and Pedigo was taken into custody as he was still on the property.
