Clarksville woman with COVID jailed after coughing on husband intentionally

31-year-old Rebecca Lee Sealy, who describes herself as “dom fem” online, was jailed Tuesday after her husband, Ted Sealy, told police they were in the car together when she reached over and stuck two of her fingers in his mouth, pushing down on the back of his tongue, and coughed on him. Sealy reportedly recently tested positive for COVID-19, and her husband says she was purposefully coughing on him to spread the virus. Ted stated he felt assaulted and disrespected by his wife’s actions.

AirBNB guest Wesley Thompson screams “n-word” and other racial slurs at Nashville police & citizens

28-year-old Wesley Thompson was staying at a Nashville AirBNB Thursday night when an automobile accident occurred outside as a car crashed into a utility pole. The debris from the utility pole’s destruction landed on several nearby vehicles in a parking lot where Thompson was parked. Officers were at the scene when Thompson emerged from the house, irate that his truck was struck by the debris. He was heavily intoxicated, staggering when he walked, and yelling and screaming racial slurs, including the “n-word,” as loud as he could, according to responding officers. He was advised to go back inside as there was a live power line nearby. He continued to yell and scream the “n-word” and came outside while intoxicated and caused quite a disturbance. He was placed into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Songwriter & falconer Holly Lamar faces 30 charges after TWRA raids her Wing Blade Falconry

56-year-old Grammy nominee Mary Holladay “Holly” Lamar was booked this week on 30 wildlife-related charges after agents from the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency (TWRA), stemming from a search conducted in August of this year, during which 13 birds of prey were seized from her falconry, Wing Blade Falconry, in Whites Creek. In 2018, Lamar was charged and convicted in England for owning unregistered falcons and for having a dead falcon in her freezer, which was “half-eaten with its leg cut off.” She is banned from owning falcons or birds of prey in the UK.

Dominic Lambert arrested 3 times in 2 days after stalking woman who turned him down

32-year-old Dominic Eugene Lambert has now been arrested three times within 48 hours. We first covered him earlier this week when he continued to call, text, and harass Morgan Heath-Powers, who has an active order of protection against Lambert. The order of protection was granted after hundreds of calls, texts, and emails when he expressed a romantic interest in her, and she advised him she did not feel the same way.

After he posted a $2,000 bond on the initial arrest, he emailed her several more times, one of which talked about his new arrest and jail experience, “Thanks for that! I made new friends, had a new experience, got free food, and entertainment… it was pretty nice! I still adore you just as I have since I first met you and told Rohan I thought I might marry you.” He was then taken into custody for once again violating the order of protection and released on a new $3,500 bond.

While he was jailed this second time for violating the no-contact order, he used the recorded jail phone to call her five more times. Once that report was processed, a new warrant was issued for his arrest, charging him with aggravated stalking. He was arrested for the 3rd time late Wednesday afternoon on the felony charge and released on a new $10,000 bond.

Andre Randle-Virgil charged after scamming man out of Air Jordans

29-year-old Andre Randle-Virgil was booked this week on an outstanding warrant charging him with felony theft of services. Police say he met with Kalvin Marquez, who was selling 8 pairs of Nike Air Jordans. They agreed to an exchange of $2,150 prior to the meeting. Andre handed Kalvin a thick envelope as the shoes were being placed into his car. As he fled the scene, Kalvin realized the envelope contained 100 one-dollar bills. Andre was identified by his license plate and confirmed in a photo lineup.

Adam Morris refuses to exit his Uber, faceplants onto the ground once he does

39-year-old Adam Michael Morris was arrested on December 2nd on West Eastland Avenue in East Nashville for public intoxication. Police say he refused to leave an Uber, prompting the driver to call police. After several attempts, Mr. Morris exited the vehicle but was unable to walk, and he fell directly onto his face, injuring himself when police told him to go to his nearby home. He was taken into custody to prevent further harm to himself, and was transported to booking.

Mdamed Mohamed jailed after drunkenly trying to get into cars in downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police officers working the Entertainment District Initiative on Broadway in downtown Nashville say 36-year-old Mdamed Mohamed was drunkenly attempting to get into multiple vehicles. As officers encountered him, he could barely stand up and could not answer any questions meaningfully. Officers attempted to locate an address to take him home but were unable to do so. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Stephanie Hiscock refuses to leave ex-girlfriend’s house, despite order of protection

39-year-old Stephanie Hiscock was at her ex-girlfriend’s house on December 4th when deputies served her with an order of protection filed by her girlfriend, Jennifer Roehl. Officers advised her she would have to leave the property or she would be in violation of the order. She was allowed multiple opportunities to leave the property but refused to do so. She was given a final warning to leave or be arrested, and she refused. Hiscock was taken into custody and charged with violating an active order of protection.

Adriana Batey booked on 2020 citation for trespassing at Stratford High School

21-year-old Adriana Batey was booked this week on an outstanding warrant for failing to be booked on a state citation from 2020. The citation alleges she was trespassing in the gym of Stratford High School at 8 p.m. on a Wednesday with her boyfriend. She stated she came to the school with her boyfriend so he could play basketball in the gym. He was also cited and took care of his citation last year.

DUI: Gary Henson was “hostile and belligerent” during arrest with handgun and drugs

19-year-old Gary Henson was involved in a single-vehicle rollover on the interstate late Friday night. First responders report smelling alcohol on Henson as they interacted with him and noted his slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. Henson was “belligerent and extremely uncooperative” with police. He admitted to smoking marijuana and drinking “one beer” just before the accident. Inside the vehicle, officers found a half-consumed bottle of Crown Royal and a baggie of marijuana. Field sobriety tests could not be completed due to his hostility. Henson was transported to booking and charged with the marijuana, possession of a firearm that was found in the vehicle, and driving under the influence.
