MNPD interrupts William Jackson having sex in his car to search it, finds 1 gram weed & gun

22-year-old William Jackson was booked this week on two outstanding warrants from 2020, charging him with possession of marijuana and a handgun after Officer Sara Lober caught him with his pants down and engaged in sex with a woman in a car in a North Nashville apartment complex parking lot. Officer Lober interrupted the festivities and searched his vehicle, locating a .45 Taurus Judge and 1 gram of marijuana. She issued him citations on each charge, and he never showed up for booking.

Wedgie Lorrelien charged after biting lover’s finger & pepper spraying him during argument

23-year-old Wedgie Dana Lorrelien called 911 to report her lover of two years, Jean Monelson, refused the Southwood Park Place residence, and she needed him to leave but claimed no physical altercation had taken place. As police arrived on the scene, they interviewed all involved parties and learned that Jean Monelson had injuries to his fingers and neck and was wearing a white t-shirt that appeared to have been ripped and tainted with pepper spray residue. He told police he was trying to leave the apartment and end the relationship when Wedgie started to bite and scratch him, and peppers sprayed him on his way out of the apartment. Wedgie admits to biting one of his fingers and pepper-spraying him but claims it was self-defense. Wedgie Lorrelien was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody.

Joseph Griffith fights brother in attempt to bring gun into Diamante Night Club in south Nashville

21-year-old Joseph Griffith was taken into custody after getting into a fight with his brother, Christopher Griffith, when Christoper attempted to stop him from bringing a gun into the Diamante Night Club in south Nashville. The two physically fought in the parking lot, leaving both with visible injuries to their faces. Joseph was cleared at the hospital and then transported to booking, where a full body scan at intake revealed a 9mm bullet rolled up in the front pocket of his jeans.

Justin Lebron charged in assault of brother & making threats about his genitals and his throat

Wilfredo Lebron, Jr. got into an argument with his brother, 39-year-old Justin Lebron, at the Love’s Truck Stop on Trinity Lane, where their father was also present. Wilfredo says Justin made accusations that Wilfredo had been sexually assaulted in prison and punched and strangled him, with injuries documented by police. A few hours later, Wilfredo was at the Family Safety Center to complete information about the earlier incident. While there, Justin played a recording of a Facetime call where Justin continued to make threats that included cutting off his genitals and shoving them down his throat and further threatened to end Wilfredo’s life via some very explicit methods. Justin was charged with harassment and aggravated assault/strangulation.

Florida Man Rasheed Knight shoves cop while interfering with an investigation downtown

Metro Nashville Police were responding to a fight at Ole Red on Broadway in downtown Nashville and had detained one of the involved parties. Suddenly, 34-year-old Rasheed Knight walked and inserted himself into the situation and attempted to pull the involved party away from police and out of the venue. Officers explained they had to collect some information from the other party, and Knight then shoved Officer Butler with both hands while swearing and shouting. Knight was quickly taken into custody and transported to booking.

Madalyn Rogers charged in assault of friend & breaking a police car

Metro Nashville Police responded to a domestic disturbance call to find 23-year-old Madalyn Paige Rodgersactively attempting to break through a bedroom door. Behind the door was her friend and former roommate, Kerri Lyn Myers. Police believe she was intent on further assaulting Myers were she to break through the door. As officers attempted to restrain and detain Rogers, she pulled away with her arms flailing and dropped her body weight to the ground, refusing to be cuffed. Eventually, she was taken into custody and placed into a patrol car for transport, where she kicked and banged on the window until she displaced it.

Nashville Content Creator Hannah Noel Grooms charged with 2nd DUI after Antioch crash

Metro Nashville Police found 26-year-old Nashville content creator Hannah Noel Grooms standing on the side of Bell Road crying after having just driven her vehicle into the wooded ravine below, where it was flipped upside down. Grooms was very intoxicated and admitted to drinking a half bottle of wine, stating she was coming from Jonathan’s Grille in Mt. Juliet. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to Summit Hospital for treatment. She was previously convicted of DUI in Kentucky in February of 2022 and has a revoked license.

Tara Hensley charged with felony burglary in $5 Walmart theft — receives matching $5 bond from a magistrate

31-year-old Tara Hensley walked into the Walmart on Dickerson Pike on September 2nd and chose an item valued at $5.00 and removed it from the shelf. She then walked out the door without paying for the item and fled the scene. She was identified by loss prevention and Metro Nashville Police. She is charged with misdemeanor theft and felony burglary due to a supposed prior shoplifting incident for which she was reportedly trespassed from Walmart. Her bond was set at $5 on the felony burglar charge, and she was ROR’d on the theft version of the charge.

Alec Kolar charged with assaulting security guard while stealing liquor from downtown bar

DCSO employee Robert Runnels was working security at a downtown bar when he says he observed 24-year-old Alec Kolar from Wisconsin attempting to steal two bottles of Whiskey from the 2nd-floor bar. Kolar made it to the staircase with the bottles, where Runnels took them away from him. He attempted to stop Kolar from fleeing but was unable to detain him and says Kolar pushed him. Actual police officers were notified, and they were able to follow Kokar over the pedestrian bridge, where he was taken into custody. Kolar was reportedly intoxicated, slurring his speech, very irate, and making threats against transporting officers. Runnells signed the warrant as a private citizen prosecutor on the assault, and Metro prosecuted on the theft and public intoxication. Kolar is free on pre-trial release.
