Hany Sharobim steals over $20,000 worth of appliances

37-year-old Hany Sharobim and Magy Ramzy had numerous stolen items on November 15th when officers searched his home on Millwood Drive. Sharobim was interviewed by officers and advised them that the storage area containing the stolen property was his. The search yielded a Samsung Washer from Reno Ninety Nine, 16 oven ranges belonging to Elmington Residential, a washer and dryer set from Tony Anthony Cohran, multiple Whirlpool ovens from Legacy South, and a Whirlpool oven from Faith Halfpap, resulting in over $20,000 of stolen property. Sharobim was taken into custody for five counts of theft.

Glenn Beauchamp drunk and disorderly in emergency room

61-year-old Glenn Beauchamp was drunk and disorderly at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown in the early hours of October 25th when he was told numerous times to leave the property. Beauchamp was visibly intoxicated as he admitted to having five beers earlier to officers. Security at St. Thomas advised officers that Beauchamp was not being seen for anything but was visiting a friend. He began to be vulgar towards the nursing staff as he started filming inside the emergency room and became aggressive when security asked him to stop filming and cursing. Beauchamp was forced out of the hospital by security as he told officers that he was okay to remain on hospital property because he called the police and that he was upset because he did not think that his friend needed the treatment that the staff administered. Beauchamp was taken into custody for criminal trespassing and public intoxication.

Efrain Santiago Olivero assaults wife, tells children “Mom is about to learn”

29-year-old Efrain Santiago Olivero was jailed after threatening to assault his wife at their home on Hobson Pike. Bergeline Garcia told police that she and her husband got into an argument, and Efrain told their children to go to their room because “mom is about to learn.” He then began to chase her around the apartment. When she realized he wasn’t going to let her leave, she ran into the bathroom. Officers found Efrain on Old Hickory Boulevard and took him into custody. Bergeline told police that she was afraid her husband would hurt her because he had before. She then showed the officers photos from September 18th, where she had bruising on her chin from her husband hitting her. Efrain was taken into custody and charged with false imprisonment and two counts of domestic assault.

Liam Lee drunkenly goes to Uber driver’s home for his girlfriend’s phone

25-year-old Liam Lee was causing a disturbance at Knob Rd. in the early hours of November 15th. Lee had called the police because his girlfriend left her phone in the back seat of an Uber, and he tracked the phone to the Uber driver’s house. Officers noticed Lee was visibly intoxicated as he advised them that he caught an Uber to the driver’s house and had been knocking on the door for an hour before they arrived. A neighbor spoke with officers and told them that they saw Lee drive up to the location and had been causing a scene before officers’ arrival. Officers observed a white Nissan Murano parked near the Uber driver’s home that was registered to Lee. Lee initially denied it being his vehicle but later admitted that he drove there after having three beers at The Twelve Thirty Club. He consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in 0.122% BAC. Lee was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Peyton Womack causes 3 vehicle accident, tells officers “I got too drunk”

39-year-old Peyton Womack was jailed on November 15th after causing a three-person crash on Jefferson Street Bridge. One of the involved parties advised dispatch that the driver of the Lexus was drunk. When officers arrived on the scene, Womack was sitting cross-legged on the curb of the sidewalk. When officers asked Womack what happened, he stated, ” I got too drunk.” Officers asked which vehicle he was driving, and he pointed to the Lexus. He told officers he was coming from South Nashville and headed to Franklin; however, the crash happened in North Nashville. Officers helped Womack to his feet, and he immediately began to sway heavily. Officers had to guide him to the patrol vehicle so he didn’t fall over. After running his license, officers discovered that there was an alcohol interlock device system restriction, but there was no interlock device within the vehicle. Womack had a prior DUI conviction from Williamson County in 2019. He refused to perform sobriety tests, provide a blood sample, or answer further questions.

DUI: Alexandra Knox hits parked car, tells officers she “Doesn’t drink alcohol at all”

39-year-old Alexandra Knox was involved in a vehicle crash on November 15th near Clifton Avenue. She was visibly intoxicated but told the officer she “doesn’t drink alcohol at all.” The officers then found a cup of alcohol in her vehicle’s cup holder. Knox was then asked how she managed to crash into a parked car; she responded that she was looking at her phone while driving and left her traffic lane. Knox was asked to SFTs and showed multiple indicators of impairment. Knox was then taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Ashley Guntherm assaults girlfriend’s ex-husband in Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital

39-year-old Ashley Guntherm was being aggressive towards Robert Snyder, her girlfriend’s ex-husband, at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital on the afternoon of November 15th. Snyder advised officers he was up there for a follow-up visit for his son when he noticed Guntherm enter the double doors. Then, Snyder stated that Guntherm shoulder-checked him up against the doors, causing him to injure his right shoulder and his left arm. Officers were able to confirm this through footage, and Guntherm was taken into custody for assault.

Kevin McDowell assaults girlfriend, says he would “shoot her and anyone else who came to the apartment”

30-year-old Kevin McDowell was booked on an outstanding warrant from October 16th when his girlfriend went to the police department to report that a few days prior, she was assaulted by him. Heidi Martin advised that McDowell had slapped her across the face and strangled her so she couldn’t scream for help. She stated that they had argued about a credit card earlier in the day. McDowell then lunged for her phone, knocking her to the ground and the glasses off her face. She added that he then placed her in a headlock, once again taking her breath for trying to call 911. The assault didn’t stop there; McDowell dug his elbow into her neck before strangling her with both hands while she begged for him to let her go. McDowell told Heidi that if she called the police, he would “shoot her and anyone else who came to the apartment.” Heidi secretly texted her friend to arrange an Uber for her to get to the airport and to call 911. When Kevin realized what Heidi had done, he threw a laptop at her. Authorities advised Heidi to go to the police station to make a report. She told officers she feared for her life and was flying to a different state in the morning to get away from McDowell. While speaking with officers, McDowell sent her a message saying he was sorry. Heidi explained that she had been dating him for six weeks and was interested in an order of protection.
