25-year-old Antonio Robert Cervantes was involved in a fight at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk on November 26th. Officers arrived, witnessed multiple individuals fighting, and tried to place Cervantes in handcuffs as they attempted to break up the fight. He began to run southbound on 3rd Avenue and tried to swing at officers as they were able to grab control of him and place him in custody. Cervantes was visibly intoxicated and determined a danger to himself, so he was charged with public intoxication, assault on an officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Chuck Riley Day Chief kisses another man’s wife, causing brawl at Moxy Nashville
32-year-old Chuck Day Chief says he kissed a woman who turned out to be another man’s wife at the Moxy in downtown Nashville on November 27. Her husband confronted Day Chief, and the two went outside to brawl on the sidewalk. Officers arrived to find Day Chief covered in blood and yelling at a group of bystanders. Neither of the men wished to prosecute the other for assault. Day Chief continued to be combative and approach the other party while ignoring police commands. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Audrey Smith threatens to “knock out” roommate in argument about money
35-year-old Audrey Smith was involved in a domestic dispute with her roommate at Windsor Green Blvd. on October 22nd. The roommate stated Smith came into her room yelling about money that she owed her, threatening to “knock her out.” The victim was adamant about prosecuting, and Smith was booked on the charge of domestic assault on November 22nd.
Brionna Grissom charged with stealing $20 of jewelry at Rivergate Mall
20-year-old wannabe booster Brionna Grissom was stealing at the Rivergate Mall on October 30th. Grissom was seen on camera concealing jewelry and not offering payment at the JCPenney store. The total of the items was $20.00. Grissom was booked on the citation for shoplifting on November 21st.
Samya Simmons charged with shoplifting $78 of jewelry from JCPenney at Rivergate
21-year-old Samya Simmons was caught stealing out of JCPenney at the Rivergate Mall on October 30th. Simmons was seen on camera taking jewelry from a stand and concealing it without offering payment. The stolen items were valued at $78.00. Simmons was issued a citation and booked for shoplifting on November 21st.
Michael Morabito threatens to put child’s mother “in the hospital” over football game trip
45-year-old Michael Victor Morabito was involved in a domestic disagreement with Tiffany Travierso, the mother of their shared child, at Bridgecross Parkway in the late hours of November 29th. Officers spoke with Travierso, who provided a video of the incident showing she and Morabito arguing about taking their son to a football game in Jacksonville, Florida. She did not want him to go, and he kept saying, “Do something about it.” Then, Morabito tells her if she tries to hinder him from going, he is going to do something to put himself in jail and put her in the hospital. Morabito’s statements put her and their 12-year-old daughter in fear, and he was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Gavin Sheasley blows 0.290% BAC after passing out behind wheel of vehicle mid-afternoon
30-year-old Nashville fitness fanatic Gavin Eli Sheasley was found passed out in his vehicle with an empty bottle of New Amsterdam vodka in his hand on Liberty Hill Dr. in the afternoon hours of November 29th. EMS observed this and requested officers’ assistance. They noticed Sheasley’s foot on the brake with the car still in drive before they could wake him up successfully. Sheasley was visibly intoxicated when he stepped out of the vehicle and admitted to having six to seven “airplane bottles.” Then, he refused to partake in sobriety tests but provided a breath sample after being Mirandized, which resulted in 0.290% BAC. Sheasley was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Shane Shown fails to show up for court over expired registration; bench warrant issued
31-year-old Shane Ramon Shown was driving on I-65 with expired tags on January 5th. Officers observed the tags, which expired in October 2022, conducted a traffic stop, and cited him for the violation. Shown failed to appear in court, and his bond was forfeited in May. A capias was issued from the bench for his arrest. Six months later, he was taken into custody and booked on November 29th.
Photographer Heather Waterman chases after car that rear-ends her through neighborhoods
39-year-old Heather Waterman, owner of Momma Bear Nashville Photography, was the victim of a hit-and-run at Nolensville Pike on November 4th. A car fled the scene after it rear-ended Waterman’s 2012 Toyota Camry, so she followed it, engaging in a chase throughout neighborhoods with children and cul-de-sacs. The car ended up colliding with another vehicle, resulting in injuries to three people who were transported via ambulance. Waterman was booked on a citation for reckless endangerment on November 27th.
Ryan Willis evades arrest at Twin Peaks restaurant
40-year-old Ryan Taylor Willis was disorderly at Twin Peaks in the night hours of November 29th. Officers arrived and observed Willis speeding on his motorcycle, doing burnouts, and when they got behind and blue-lighted him, he sped away. Willis returned but kept his distance from officers as he gave them his information. Officers attempted to get close to him, and he took off again towards the Sumner County line, disregarding the activated emergency equipment. Willis was taken into custody for two counts of evading arrest on November 30th.
