23-year-old Marine Aaron Burnette was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Tuesday on an outstanding warrant from the weekend, charging him with the domestic assault and bodily injury of his wife, Chelsea Majors Burnette.

The victim says he shoved her to the ground while she was holding their child and punched her the head with a fist, leaving swelling, while on top of her. He then fled the scene.

She told officers she had just left Play Dance Bar where she drank shots and was trying to get home to Clarksville. She refused to remove her heels and performed field sobriety tests wearing them. She was charged with DUI.

Court records allege she posted a video online titled “Pu**yMonsters” in which she mentions Holiday, Judge Allegra Walker, a murder over gems used as real estate collateral, all reportedly in violation of an active order of protection.
