29-year-old Broderick Triplett was taken into custody for domestic assault on April 9th, 2024. Joseph Haggard alerted the authorities on December 9th, 2022, and told them he had been attacked by his husband and Broderick Triplett, his husband’s brother, on Yelton Court, where they all reside. Haggard stated that he lost consciousness and regained awareness while the two were kicking him in his torso. Officers observed visible scrapes and a cut on Haggard’s face and an arrest warrant was issued for Triplett.
Broderick O. Triplett of Yelton Ct in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 9th, charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
