26-year-old Mohamed Sadeek Hajinur was sleeping in the driver’s seat of his white Toyota Camry at the BNA Cell Phone Waiting Lot on Murfreesboro Pike in the early hours of April 14th. A security guard observed this and alerted the authorities, who arrived and noticed an open Voodoo Ranger IPA beer in Hajinur’s center console before knocking on his window to wake him up. After officers told Hajinur several times to roll the window down, he did and then started his car, so they told him to turn it off and hand them the keys. When they asked him how much he had to drink, he repeated that the beer in the console was the only one he consumed. Hajinur consented to sobriety tests, during which he kept stopping and disregarding the instructions. He then agreed to provide a chemical sample after being read implied consent and was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
