45-year-old Miaya Grigsby was booked on a citation for criminal trespass for an incident that occurred on March 22nd. Officers were dispatched to Target on White Bridge Pike, where they spoke with security, who advised that Grigsby signed a trespass waiver on June 17th, 2023, valid for a year. She explained to officers that she did not realize the trespass was still in effect, but Target wished to prosecute for the incident, and Grigsby was cited on April 15th.
Miaya Grigsby of 39th Avenue North in Nashville, TN, was booked on a citation on April 15th, charged with criminal trespass.
