50-year-old Robert Miller went through the Elm Hill Pike Dutch Bros twice and almost hit another vehicle on April 28th. Employees at the location informed police that he was “acting strange.” When officers arrived, they located Miller in the middle of the parking lot, where they noticed he was confused about his surroundings as they approached him. He showed signs of impairment, so they prompted him with sobriety tests, to which he consented and performed poorly. He was detained and admitted to having an Angry Orchard and a glass of wine between 8:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. last night. During a subsequent search of his vehicle, they located a bottle of mixed pills consisting of Esomeprazole, Bupropion, and Hydrochloride. After being read implied consent, Miller agreed to provide a blood sample, and then he was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
