20-year-old Latorrika Greer had a domestic incident with her boyfriend, Keyan Adriel Williams, at their Lemont Drive residence on April 30th. Upon arrival, officers met with Williams, who advised them that he was lying down in their bedroom and went to pick up Greer’s phone. This caused her to become angry and punch him before pushing him into the wall, causing him to hit his head. Williams said he pushed Greer back while she continued hitting him. Greer then put Williams in a headlock. Following the incident, he said they talked and he told her to leave. After this, Williams went outside and when he returned, he found Greer appearing to be preparing for a shower. This prompted him to go to the bathroom and tell Greer to leave again, she then responded by pushing him.

Merry Williams, Keyan’s mom, told the police she overheard the couple arguing, and when she opened her bedroom door, she saw Greer pushing Williams in the hallway. Merry advised that Keyan then pushed Greer back. Then, officers spoke with Greer, who stated the occurrence started after Williams took her phone, and when he did not return it, she punched him in the arm and pushed him into the wall. She said that he pushed her back, so she put him in a headlock, telling him she would not let go until he returned her phone. Then, she stated she tried to shower, and he entered the bathroom, yelling at her. She told them that they then started pushing each other. Greer was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault.
