31-year-old Moises Flores-Manzanares had a domestic incident with his girlfriend’s mother, Claudia Castro-Romero, at their Currey Road residence around 7:45 p.m. on April 30th. Officers were advised that Flores-Manzanares was arguing with his girlfriend when her mother, Castro-Romero, tried to break it up. Flores-Manzanares kicked Castro-Romero’s cane, causing her to stumble, gripped her arms, and pulled her while he punched her on the left side of her face, leaving marks. Officers deemed Flores-Manzanares as the primary aggressor. Flores-Manzanares was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Moises Flores-Manzanares was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 30th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000.
